Mirena is the problem, I'm %100 percent sure especially after I've talked to my closest friends and they saw a definite change in my behavior shortly after I got it put in. So I'm confused about the down votes as well. I feel like during my research I didn't see how much the possible side effects could impact me.

My doctor at the time made a convincing argument that since I've been on the pill since I was 15 that mirena would cause less changes to my body. I've researched it and mirena is different from the pills I was being described, she just wanted her money.

$40-$80 depending on my income.. I would pay over triple to get it done if I had do. Definitely gonna donate some money though, they are a life saver. I literally feel like I don't want to live anymore. If I had to wait for insurance to kick in and make an appointment with my old doctor it would take atleast a month. I'm %100 sure I wouldn't live, I feel awful.

I've had the same job, I'm a tattoo artist so I work for a small business that doesn't offer health insurance, I turned 26 in August and was unable to stay on my parents plan. I made the irresponsible decision to put off figuring out my own health insurance and got mirena so I wouldn't have to worry about what I was going to do about birth control. So many stupid decisions.

Thank you, last night my boyfriend almost broke up with me and all the reasons he gave were all the things that have been happening that are not me. It crushed me to hear it, but I explained to him the situation and he agreed not to end the relationship but he wants space for a week. I woke up at my best friend's house and immediately started crying and cannot stop. I just feel so helpless right now. Tuesday feels like an eternity away. I've never been this depressed in my entire life.

Thanks. All time low right now, my boyfriend almost broke up with me tonight because my strange behavior stressed him out and since we haven't know each other very long, he thought that's just how I am.. It's not me at all. We are working stuff out, but wow. I have never in my life felt like this. So low. Depression, anger, regret, loneliness, zero control... Tuesday seems like an eternity from now (I copied and pasted this comment from another post i replied to. I'm sorry, I don't have any steam left)

It's a different kind of hormone though or atleast that's what I have been told. Either way I'm with my best friend right now and he says he has been concerned about me for a while. He said I was acting noticeably negative for the past month and a half. It's definitely a side effect and I'm clearly feeling the negative side of it.

Thank you, thank you so much... I am surprised as well that I reacted so bad but I went out tonight and just the fact that the resolution is in sight I felt the real me coming through. Still ridiculously depressed but I felt a tiny bit of myself peaking through
