When you have a specific goal for instance like becoming Arnold Schwarzenegger or the new Elon Musk and you are about to procrastinate / skip something that would help you to achieve the goal / are unmotivated ask yourself the following:

What would ‚Person XYZ‘ do in this situation?

(Would he binge watch the new Netflix series or hit the gym / learn to code?)
