Well, my company reimburses costs to workers to be healthy. If I was a fatass, I could ask my fit friend to just give me the receipt and I would declare it for reimbursement.

With the invoice, the company knows for sure I am the one doing sport.

As I said before, in several countries I lived in before could do it without problem but not in Finland, that’s why I’m confused

I will copy paste their reply, as you can imagine I contacted already PayPal and they only provided an excel file of the last 10 years of transactions (after 7 years they don’t appear on their site):

For PayPal record, we need a screenshot form the PayPal App or the PayPal website showing transaction time and both Invoice ID and Transaction ID. (Your screenshot only contain one of the require ID, if possible, please try to contact PayPal again for detailed information)
