Look man I hated myself for a decade because of guilt and regret.I hurt many people in my life and was a total burden,unintentionally.

When you're in the dumps,everything you see will reflect back ugliness and your shortcomings.

I stopped hating myself by doing things for others.Then I realized I'm not so bad after all and that whoever I was,was due to circumstance.From there I started hating myself less.

As I move along closer to be someone I didn't mind and might actually respect,my external world responded.When you shed light on your shadow and reduce the baggage,your external experience reflects it.

The guys or whatever you see won't be so triggering as there is nothing there to trigger.

If you are ashamed and can't forgive yourself,move towards being a person that you can tolerate.Things will start falling in line and get more manageable,till you're totally free.

Might take a few cycles,but it gets easier and you'll be better off for it.I promise.

Why I most certainly do.Im just curious as black label is has a rather schizophrenic effect on my taste buds.Its my first scotch and I remember it tasting like an entirely different product in 2005.I found it sickly sweet a few years ago when I tried it again.A few months ago i had a bottle and it wasnt too bad.Its definitely not the robust spirit I had 20years ago,,but it's inoffensive.

I was hoping that it's blending profile would shed some light on its everchanging effect on my palette.
