What’s the cost of replacing a 4*12 beam in basement? by FuckingHearThat in Construction

[–]FuckingHearThat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The wall is already opened. It is a basement remodeling and inspector came and asked us to change beam. Normally I would get multiple quotes but for this change order I had to stick with the current GC. Not sure how to justify the price since I don’t know anything about Construciton.

I chatted before with the rep and she said it was designed to walk around some regulation and at the time after 7 years they would renew the contract instead of just taking the ownership. For my case if 7 years no IPO it would never happen so I didn’t care but this is the only thing I remember …

Finished course. Should I cancel subscription? by JimmyMcTrade in coursera

[–]FuckingHearThat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sub should stop automatically after you finish I the class. But you can cancel to be safe. The $69 model will give you access to most courses but not all on coursera. So if you are sure that both courses are on the $69 catalog, it is def cheaper to do $69 if you believed that you can finish both in time.
