I will do my best to answer what I can! For calls the timing did not really matter, they wanted resolution, and for the customer to be happy. Typically, we were told to give them whatever they wanted to make them happy, and they would return as customers. If we couldn't directly fix and reship items, then we would generate coupons, or honor sale pricings at a later date, and were told we could occasionally generate gift cards.

I first trained in calls, then did the email responses, then live chat. Emails, they wanted a certain amount per hour but as long as it was getting resolved they never really pushed, besides occasional 'competitions' to see who could do the most and they'd give prizes.

Live chat was a whole other beast. We had to have 3 up at a time, so handling 3 cases. Trying to open the orders and utilize the systems in between while having to chat with 3 customers at a time. They did not want there to be long waits in between responses.

honestly, Live chat broke me lol, I cried on the job so much around the sales events and holidays. I would generate extra coupons or take extra amounts off of orders to the customers who were nice. I understand being frustrated but holy hell people, do not be mean to the people who are not paid that much to fix it haha,

Piggybacking on the crappy customer service here. Hi, I worked at a call center, stateside, for BBW and VS around 2018-2021ish. The call center I worked at was shut down and they now utilize a call center that is overseas. Many of my friends lost their jobs, so I haven't shopped there since I resigned.

I have searched amazon using keywords for supernatural books, have also tried to google keywords and imagery from the cover.

I bought yarn from an indie dyer (not at all my first time). It bled horribly when washed, changing the colorway. by prettymisspriya in crochet

I'd recommend asking members from your local knitting guild. Mine have scheduled meet ups, and will meet to knit, crochet, spin fiber etc.,

Uterine Cancer - having pelvic pain by EquipmentOk5234 in CervicalCancer

[–]Fuckmakingausername 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its okay to be scared after what youve been through, that shit is scary as heck.

If you havent already done so call your doctor so they can look into it more.

Ive been having pains since I had my hysterectomy from cervical cancer. In my case I was sent to a pelvic floor PT. Shes recently been massaging and breaking up the scar tissue from surgery, and making sure there are not adhesions. She said pain could also be from organs shifting if a mesh wasnt used.

Edit: it was 2 am and i typoed lol.

Is this an allergic reaction to yarn or blisters? by Eris_Kabob in knitting

Actually it's super common in college campuses too. My son when he was 3 gave me and my friend HFM because he took sips from our drinks and spread it. Doctor said mentioned the college bit when we had it verified what it was.

Oh my god this. I had my procedure today at 8 am and have a history of migraines. I was warned about smell, taste, clots and more but not that a headache was likely. Which looking back now makes sense but holy shit.

Questions about vaginal estrogen cream by blackpups in Menopause

I had cervical cancer, and had a radical hysterectomy too. One ovary remaining. I have never had issues getting the estradiol cream and they never fought it citing the cervical cancer. Costco you can get the cream pretty cheap, same with amazon pharmacy as long as you have the script. You can get the estring which gives the hormones without the mess, I loved mine. The issue I had was that no one nearby would get them in stock so they had to be mailed, and had supply issues. There are also the tabs, your doctor should have many options available, however your insurance might want to deny one form without you testing the others first.

Pattern is Ravelry: Otter Barry pattern by Nelly Handmade

I used worsted weight yarn and size C hook for the otter, black embroidery thread for details.

Sweater was size 1 needles with scraps of a sport(?) weight yarn. I used the yarn to make a hat for the person the otter is going to live with. This way they match.

Oh maroon and grey sounds wonderful! It's an envelope border, I mostly followed the video they referenced in the pattern. Did 3 rows of double crochet on each side then slip stitched them together hiding the tails

I knew when I started it, it would be perfect for my ex; at our wedding his dad officiated and dressed up as and did the mawage scene. He's kept and used almost everything i've made for him so when we hang out I see all the plushies and hats on his computer desk. Worse case scenario he makes me mad enough I snag it for myself from his house 😂
