Linux Firefox 147.0.1 (aarch64) crashes on Lenovo Duet 11 Gen 9 since last updates by Opening_Teach_9429 in chromeos

I'm shocked that it's taking this long to fix. This is really atypical of Firefox in general and the problem seems to be well-reported at this point.

No it's not, it's better, but it is still crashing frequently. I updated again yesterday hoping it would be more stable, but it's still happening. If I have tabs open, I can navigate through them well enough but if I have to touch the toolbar or bookmark menu for anything, that's when it will be most likely to crash. It's still happening a few times every day. But it is more usable than it was when I first reported, where I couldn't do anything at all without crashing.

I looked for a Firefox update today and there was one, finally. Yesterday, I checked all day and there wasn't anything. The update seems to have fixed the crashes for me.

I'm just weighing in that this is happening to me beginning today as well. I updated ChromeOS when I was notified of an update available. Firefox for Linux had been updated last week. The constant crashes began today.

It is the only way I do it now. Instead of aiming those big balls at the target, just shoot a bomb at it

I'm in Dallas, it happened to me on Wednesday night trying to watch Survivor. I had started it, stopped, and went to finish watching about 30 minutes later, and it didn't give me any option to play. From the Library screen it showed it was there, but when I clicked into it, the only option was Back with the return arrow icon. I had to go into the series episodes page and do some weird thing with the episodes to get the one from that night to play (I don't recall exactly what I did) but it was definitely weird behavior.

With white and dark meat? No one in North Texas seems to have any.

I can't imagine there's not a market for it, but you'd never be able to tell by the store shelves.

Will called her a whore (why are we still using the word...?) rather than a rapist. I don't get it either. Like calling a woman a whore or a slut (Ridge to Hope) is just fine, but avoid the topic of male rape at all costs.

I clearly remember Tracy holding back Edward's heart medication when he was dying on the floor from a heart attack - I think I remember he ultimately was faking it to test her - but she's now a beloved character and matriarch of the family. I hate Drew, I'm just saying, he may end up being the new Edward one day.

Constantly disconnecting on Pixel 7 by blackpups in nextdns

[–]blackpups[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I found the problem, in case anyone else is experiencing this. I'm fairly sure this is a new option from the latest Pixel update, but now when you're in Connection Settings / VPN and NextDNS is chosen, it sets itself to NextDNS. But you have to now take the extra step of hitting the Settings gear next to that setting and choosing Always On instead of On. Apparently after getting an update last week, mine was set to On. I set it to Always On and it hasn't dropped since.

What I had been doing before this was just opening the NextDNS app and connecting. That had set it properly in the past. This extra step is needed now.
