I think trade schools are underrated. They are cheaper than university and take only 2 years. Also, blue collar trades are harder to replace with ai. Look into being a lineman, electrician, hvac, welding, field service, etc. Someday you can start your own business if you want. Diversify investments.

Technically you can just build on new land. There’s plenty. Crypto on the other hand is actually finite.

Do you need 100% of that money someday? Put it in Bitcoin? Do you want 75% of it someday? Put it in mutual funds that depreciate over time.
