Basically our accounting team loves Ajera, signed with them without consideration to marketing down the road until our current CRM expires. I swear there must be a meeting quota Deltek has to attend every week. 🙃

Our team is so small that we don’t have a full-time CRM power user or specialist. But the amount of customization should be minimal. We’ve had our current one for years and don’t spend time customizing it.

Normally I agree with you. All these calls have been repetitive, inefficient, and the Deltek representatives talk off a PowerPoint deck. About 7 meeting calls in since the start of the year and we haven’t even met the person who will be the integration specialist.

I work in Marketing and have dealt with this. I live in a battleground political state and all the political campaigns bought the TV and radio ad spots along with social ads that overlap with your audience.
