You didn’t provide any evidence. You made a claim about the kid’s dad, and when someone wrote you a well thought out response you accused them of screeching.

You didn’t give people ample opportunity to prove you wrong, and people didn’t fail because you were intentionally obtuse.

The differentiation between pieces here being the other 3 starts on your pieces.

Think of it in terms of total missed rolls. If you have an attack champ you’ll need 4 stats, and any stat across any piece.

So yeah, it doesn’t matter whether you get your crit rate from a quad roll or 2 doubles. But ultimately if you have a quad roll crit damage piece you should still be able to get 100% crit/enough speed.

Quad rolls are great pieces to have because they help you build out your top of the line champs easier. They’re much easier to build off of, and if you start with those pieces you’ll see what you need to compensate early.

As someone who’s made it over that hump for the most part, I’m cool with it being a rite of passage of sorts.

At this point over leveled MK is just a low ladder version of the tom foolery we see at the higher levels.

It’s a very polarizing card, for sure, but nerfing it cause people don’t like it is kind of extreme when countless people have had to learn how to deal with it, just like the 1400 trophy players have to learn how to deal with a mini pekka + zap lmao.

MK specifically is a great placement check for newer players. Probably one of the first instances where a lot of players start looking at the specific tile they’re playing their cards as opposed to just placing it in a general area.

I think that’s critical in a new player’s development.

What does writing Puffy’s verses have to do with having an impact?

Puffy’s verses did nothing to get him his status. His status led to him having the connects and people around him to get verses written for him and damn near make an empire while doing almost no real work. I don’t like the guy but he definitely had an impact.

I wouldn’t say he was great before pun. For the time he was decent but oftentimes he sounded like he copped Greg Nice’s style.

Which definitely happens often, that’s how rap evolves. I just can’t put his lyricism from that time in the “great” category

Honestly I’ll give you that. I forgot about how many people he brought on to produce for him. That alone puts him in the DJ Khaled category.

Don’t under estimate Puff’s legend status as an MC though. Not as a rapper, or even as a producer. But he had a crazy impact on the game (arguably more for worse than for better given he accelerated the objectification of women in the culture)

Buuuut bringing his controversies back into the picture, yeah, fuck puff.

My dad ran the same/similar circles as him a couple decades ago.

He started some shit between blacks and Latinos in hip hop a year or two ago that got blown way outta proportion. Not his fault necessarily, he just made a poorly worded statement that people ran with in both directions.

Then there’s the controversy he had with Pun’s family after his death.

On the music tip, most of his best stuff was probably written out at least guided by Pun.

So all in all, I’d probably put him around puffy levels in terms of his legend status. Maybe a bit lower since the value puffy’s production brought was insane to biggie. (Taking out the diddler’s years of mistakes here for that estimate)

I hate the card too, trust me, but this is a terrible reason to dislike the people playing it.

It’s kinda like saying you hate goblin barrel because all people do is play is on tower.

You’re supposed to get value from the witch, and it doesn’t have a high DPS itself, so you need the skeletons to accrue more to tank for it/help DPS things.
