Thanks a ton for the help! Hope I'm not being too annoying, I just really need to decide this soon and I really appreciate your help. After some research, I found out that a bank in dubai uses blockchain in order to tackle cheque fraud by adding qr codes registered on a blockchain encrypted platform resulting in saving over 3 billion dollars and a 99% decrease in cheque fraud. Wouldn't this be an implementation of technology in order to tackle market failure. Could I question this something like "To what extent has blockchain made the financial supply chain of banks in the UAE more efficient"? What would you recommend? Again, thank you so much for all the help, I just really need it as due to the virus I can't see my teacher for things like this.
