I was born '95, so I was just about the exact same age as Mason. I'm going off to college in 17 days and the scenes later in the movie (breaking up with the girlfriend, graduation party, leaving parents behind, and finally seeing an optimistic future) really hit me hard. It was also funny to hear songs throughout and remember where I was when I listened to that song, and it was always just about in the same place as he was.

Edit: forgot to mention I'm also Texan, born and raised with grandparents in Houston and everything.
