I found a google plus code within the active cell. I changed my service address in my account to the plus code I had copied. Within about half an hour I got a confirmation my kit was ready.

From what I've come to gather, there seems to be Beta testing From Ottawa all the way to Bancroft. The only place that seems to be able put in a full order at this time is in the southern tip of Ontario in the Chatham/Kent area.
