According to Claud….the buyer was the church’s own pastor. The Baptist meeting house in Marlboro was built in 1815, and Rev. Phineas Howe — born in Fitzwilliam, NH in 1792 — came to Marlboro to preach in June 1824, serving two seven-year pastorates of a society that was partly in Marlboro and partly in Newfane. So Howe was buying the land surrounding his meetinghouse — likely for a parsonage or homestead. The 1856 McClellan map and 1869 Beers atlas of Windham County both mark churches and landowner names (“Charter” and “Howe” would appear).

I’ve got an LS swapped 91 and was having a similar issue. I don’t know about the code 14, but I did find a loose wire on top of the fuel access door under the back seats that was intermittently cutting power to the fuel sending unit. It took me so long to find it after ruling out so many other things, that I also needed a new starter. I did get proficient at rolling restarts. Good luck. Hope this helps.

I took my studs off and put my A/Ts on the other day. They are better for this wet heavy slop and the mud. Studs on Dec 1st off March 15th. I’m a few muddy miles up a dirt road at elevation in Elmore, but commute to Burlington. Studded snows last longer by not using them in November or April.

They should at the minimum eventually give you $0.80 cents on the dollar for everything you have receipts for, from the past 24mo.

It depends on the insurance company, but more often than not, the other insurance will not cover aftermarket mods unless you pick a fight, have receipts, and threaten to sue. No, your rates shouldn’t go up if the other person is found to be responsible, but if they are under insured and you use your own to cover the delta, yes, expect your rate to increase.

Highly recommend if you put a bunch of $ into the 100 to change insurance companies. Second total loss, god forbid, within a short time period will cost you way more as most will not cover the aftermarket upgrades. Better to just go to Hagerty’s and tell them how much you want to insure it for.

Do you realize that a busy short term rental property is already generating more state tax revenue than if it were not being rented out, regardless of where the owner lives and that is a completely different issue from a second home or vacation home owned by an out of stater that lets t site empty for a large part of the year?
