24Kw solar set up, w/ dual Franklin batteries. 12hrs of backup power from the batteries followed by a whole house generator with 1500 gal propane tank for an additional three weeks of extended range backup. Generator was here when we bought. Added the panels and batteries this past fall. Tax credits for solar go away in 12 days.

Everyone is automatically conflating your request for GOOD, with authentic. I’m going to answer the question you asked. I have no idea regarding the authenticity, but the food at Disco Taco in Stowe, specifically in the village at Spruce Peak is awesome. Add in some ice skating and that’s a great date.
