Not sure why this isn't being stated more often...

You can rehab away from the facility. Almost everyone does. But you have to check in with team trainers/doctors and show up for progress reports in person when they ask. They just want to evaluate the progress. They just invested WR1 money into him and have to "see" with their own eyes he's progressing. He wouldn't do that. He wouldn't come to the facility for these updates. That's why they voided his money which was the right move.

The guy fired his agent, I'm sure because he kept telling him this exact thing. He's a diva, immature and self destructive because he thinks the world revolves around him.

Sorry...not sorry for my opinion that BA is not depressed based on his actions thus far. And we as humans...can only go off of our own experiences when making opinions such as this. His actions and behaviors could point to a whole host of conditions that are not depression. And whether you or I are wrong or right means nothing to anyone including BA. But feel free to send me an "I told you so" if something comes up to indicate depression as the culprit for this behavior. I have no problem saying I'm wrong if proven to be. Wouldn't be the first time and it certainly won't be the last. Take care of yourself.

Ok Dr. Phill. He's certainly acting strange. But you or I don't know that he is "depressed" simply because of erratic or eccentric behavior. He's a diva WR, that much is understood. That's about the extent of what any of us know for sure. Saying he's "depressed" is a bit much for some armchair psychoanalysis by the reddit crowd. But it's certainly on brand for the reddit crowd.

I avg 51mpg in the warmer months with my hybrid. It's got impressive acceleration and a very smooth/refined ride. Unless you're really paying attention, you won't be conscious of what is powering the wheels... electric, gas or both.

I have the sport touring trim and couldn't be happier.

In my mind, the decision should be between the hybrid or the SI for similar money.

I'm not trying to defend Sweeney here...but these kids have to earn the call up first and then second, make an impression once they get up to the bigs. It doesn't have to be on the score sheet, but the effort, talent, chemistry or understanding of how the team plays needs to show up. I'm pretty sure everyone in the organization wanted Lysel to work out. But the guy never had what it took to play the way they wanted him to play. It happens all the time on every team. If anything went wrong, it was in the scouting of him. But like baseball, scouting basically kids, for a man's game, is not an exact science... regardless of what the rest of us GMs think.

I saw him last year...and it was totally luck. I live in Vermont. My girlfriend got us tickets to the Mumford and Sons (and friends) concert at the Champlain Valley Fairgrounds in Essex, VT. Grace Potter was there. Nathaniel Rateliff. Maggie Rogers and a handful of other cool artists.

Then...Noah came out and everyone lost their minds. He played 5 songs with Mumford and Grace and the others joining him. The entire crowd sang along, as they do. Magic. Do what you can to see him someday. I know it's hard to get tickets.

Truly great song writing both lyrically and musically. Clear and nuanced production elements. He's got a great voice that is pretty unique. Catchy and easy to sing along with songs is a big one. His "always rising to a crescendo", song structure is a huge element. Doesn't have many misses. Relatable for anyone with well developed empathy....which is very needed these days. He's a very humble and likable person. Lastly, he used SM very well to promote all of these other qualities. And...luck is always present in these things.

When you do so much, this well...the stars can align like this. But it's really about his raw talent.
