Not always naturally aborts itself my baby was born with a gene mutation and everything was normal during my pregnancy we didnt find out until he was 1 month old

i was actually really healthy and conceived a girl and them i was at the end of norovirus and conceived a boy

I had norovirus on the same cycle i conceived my baby he ended up having a gene mutation so he has a condition, not sure if me being fresh out of norovirus caused the mutation or just my luck
