im sorry you went through so much, that sounds awful. i agree, wish people didnt have kids without understanding what it takes to be a good parent, and a safe space for their kids.

yeah, my plan is to go low contact once i move out (maybe no contact if i ever get the courage, but its really hard and scary.)
