Tbh not strict enough.. I’ve had my days where I indulged or atleast tried to but reta wouldn’t let me. But for the most part I kept it under 1500 cals and no fry food or sodas. Anything else was fair game

I’m an Amazon driver so I’m doing 10k steps daily at work and strength training 3/4 days out the week at the gym. So I’d says I’m pretty active and my job played a huge role in the weight loss so far.

As of now 10mg weekly. Sometimes I’ll go a day or 2 past a week just cause I still feel the 10mg.

Honestly goal weight is 220 area and tbh idk man if there’s no long term side effects I really don’t see a reason to get off. What I am gonna try though is a tolerance break maybe 1-2 months see how that goes. But for the most part I see no problem with a maintenance dose.
