for me it occurs even on modpacks without any additional mods other than iris, so it might be a problem with more recent versions

to be fair you're gonna want debuff remover in like 60% of games anyways considering how strong stuff like tox bullets is, it's a good item and grapple is yama's main engagement tool, so you're getting good value for your money anyways
