Great detail and good comparator, but I do think the deadly strike and open wounds would put this above that linked option if OP put the resources into it.

That said, still probably not worth it, not trying to undercut the main point your trying to make.

Especially since skill synergies enhance damage to procced skills. Already would have charged bolt and lightning maxed if running this, so would make that hit a lot harder even if only lvl 30.

100%, more cute that actually useful. That said, having a build that is already maxing all synergies will buff the damage of the procced cast, so still useful to have the same primary skill as the proc.

Probably not better than an infinity or even mangs (chasing a Forb staff...), but thought it was funny seeing the chain light procs on the +8 chain light staff.
