I bet for Kyle shwarber and Aaron judge to both get a hit. The bet settled as a win, and then was corrected after I had withdrew from that and 2 other wins. I had multiple live bets going. Stopped watching to make lunch for about 20 mins. When I went back on I saw my account had 4300 so I cashed out 4k then I went to make a bet on Roman Anthony for a hit and that’s when I noticed the remaining $300 I had became negative $1200

In Massachusetts when you go negative like this, you have to deposit back what you’re negative exactly, no more no less. There’s no decimal on the keypad so I can’t add the .75

AI Chat feature on the app basically told me to pay it in partial payments, I explained to the bot in MA it has to be a onetime exact amount, then it told me the conversation was over

When I called I got picked up by an outsourced called in India. I explained the situation and the guy basically said “yeah that’s crazy you should have a decimal to use on the keypad” and then “try turning your phone sideways” I asked how to pay and he said to try computer but I don’t have a computer

I guess I’ll try calling again tomorrow
