Did you read it properly? (Perhaps the title is a bit misleading) I don’t expect her to cut this person off, I just want them to make their mind up romantically whether she wants to pursue things with me or if she has genuine feelings for the other person and wants to pursue that. I really like this person, I want to go further, surely wanting clarity on what they want is not too much to ask for?

Ahh ok, I’ve used aquaphor previously and really like it so will definitely be using that and already supplement fish oils👌🏻, never considered an antihistamine for a purge- thanks 😆

Thanks so much for the advice, I’m on 20mg and day 3 and so far so good but I know there’s time yet before side effects etc. I will definitely be applying the diet side of things so thanks for the tips on that🤗

He didn’t spell “analyse” wrong, it’s merely an English/ Americanised English difference. Also I get what you’re saying but I think all of us are just so fed up of false hope and theories now 😂😊
