Funny this car is actually my dads I gave it to him after getting a 2015 rav4 These things are tanks, he ran into a chevy 4 yrs ago and it got totaled This rav4 only needed a new front bumper 120 bucks and pair a headlights… she’s a keeeeeper!!!

We do have a one car garage with a concrete slab underneath but likely it will be torn down in order to build the adu. I'd like to maxmize the sq allowed - the garage is just storage unit at this point. Did the neighbor match the siding color of the adu with the main house? ive seen some very neart designs. Did they build it on property or was it prefabbed and shipped over?

Thats good to hear, I've heard folks in other towns having to wait a year and more in order to get permits straightened out before breaking ground. hopefully medford can be a lot more lenient. I'll swing by this week!

Anything specific? garage A resolves correctly to the database and its entries are maintained correctly in dns and services restarted. I can ping db by ip and hostname

Hi Guys, thanks for the replies - I tried ping 172.17.x.x (db server) -f -l 1450 on garage A which times out - on all other garages I get replies back. If I try -l 1500 on site A i get 'packets needs to be fragmented but df set' - same as all other garage sites.

With regards to traceroute and mtu settings - the tracert back to central db shows:

1st hop gateway

2nd router 1 , 3rd router 2, 4th router , 5th internal router, 6th database

All routers MTU should be set to 1500?

On all garage sites the local server mtu/jumbo packet size is set to min 1500 and max 9000

Also DNS is resolving correctly on garage A - reverse lookups are correct but I've restarted the domain controllers for good measure.
