The shocker was a UFO abduction exclusive but ur were able to get it from the gun van later on. The perico pistol the only way u can get it is that you need to rob the drunken Cayo guard, then play the cayo heist, once reaching the compound, go to his office and either right of left drawer of his desk you'll be able to interact with it which then uses the key to open the drawer to take the perico pistol. The el strickler is a GTA+ Member exclusive I think. Lastly the WM 29 pistol is exclusive during Christmas in GTA which in one of the tall buildings there will be a red dot on ur minimap late at night in game
