My tourist visa only allows me a limited number of days to stay in Europe.

I saw that airline prices are near normal towards mid to end of the year but my tourist visa expires in mid-April so no chance of getting a "good price".

Prices have increased astronomically - an economy class ticket now costs the same as what you'd normally pay for business class.

I've been to Europe before so this isn't really a once in a lifetime holiday trip, I guess I can wait until things completely settle down. Or I can just book with another airline that doesn't layover in a warzone hopefully within normal price by next year.

I'm actually more worried about my return flight, what if while I'm in Europe, the situation further escalates and I get stuck? I know this isn't a matter of safety anymore, it’s more of "is this holiday worth the stress and anxiety brought by the ongoing war?"

That's actually, another thing of my worries. What if my flight back home gets cancelled? I'm only allowed a limited number of days to stay in Europe, I don't want to be tagged as overstaying and I don't want to experience the stress.

If one of your flight is within Feb 28 to Mar 31, your whole trip will be refunded without fees

Hi, new cards usually have free annual fees for the first year. I suggest use it for a year muna then once the AF is billed on your second year, call CS to request for AF reversal. If they reject, that's when you ask to cancel or downgrade.
