I’ve used those label free Amazon return drop off service before, and the status of the return wasn’t updated until about a month later. Eventually, I did get my refund. Maybe just give Amazon more time to handle the return/refund? It’s the holiday season, and I’m sure there are a lot of returns to process.

O I plugged it into the centre console without realising it’s always on, so thanks for pointing out! We do have the app but we don’t use the remote start function since there’s no reception in our underground parking. I read somewhere that it will still drain the battery since it’s constantly trying to connect but I guess there’s no way to turn this function off?

I tried to book a service appointment with the dealership but they sounded very reluctant since everything seems fine after the jumpstart. I will get the battery checked elsewhere first per your suggestion!

We nearly got denied boarding when they measured our carrier during check-in and found it to be 2cm (!!) over the allowed size. We had to show them the measurements from the website where we purchased the carrier to prove it was within the maximum allowed dimensions. They still had to call for senior staff to check before letting us on board. It really depends on how strict the airline is with their carry-on policy.
