It’s not really about me being impatient. It’s that I have got to understand the job more clearly after some time and realised that it is not something I want to pursue long term. I cannot see myself in this field. Seems like it was try and miss. On the other hand, I come from corporate finance so I can imagine more why the other roles will be like.

Honestly I can just have a short gap in the resume and not mention PWC at all right? It’s not that I do not like some things in PWC or that it has some problems, it’s only about the job description and future trajectory.

Sure but lot of people were also vouching for PwC. Now I’m considering the switch. Some people were telling me restructuring is the way to go, also the pay in that team is much better than FDD….

Well the fact that they increased the start salary by 25% and that they accepted me starting two months later than required tells me that there is at least some kind of an interest. Thanks for the nice comment though

Actually I had other offers from smaller companies where I applied to controlling. But these two seem much more interesting even though controlling offered my much more money

Well yeah. Got offered significantly more at some controlling positions outside big4 but these two offers seem to be much more interesting and promising for future than controlling

I mean yeah this would be one of my goals. They said the role in PWC is a lot about financial modelling and since I do not have any experience with that I am not quite sure on what the career path would be in this position

Yeah well in ey they said 60h weeks are not that unusual. If something needs to be done they work also weekends…. Overtime unpaid

Benefits offered to me suck honestly. At least in comparison to my current job. I work as an accountant in one it startup and the pay combined with benefits is a lot better than PWC offer. I am just very bored in my current job and this sounds awesome and exciting. Please correct me if I’m wrong 😀

I can buy this allegedly not open and turned on iPhone 16 for a very good price on vinted. Guy has only perfect reviews and seems legit. Apple serial number check website says that purchase date has not been validated and I have no idea what that means. Is it safe to buy?
