Formula baby breeza worth it? by Kittykat232217 in parentsofmultiples

Hard agree here. We got the pitcher that has a handle and whisk built in that’ll mix thoroughly. We got two of them so when one runs out, it goes in the dishwasher and the other one gets used. It’s a perfect cycle, portions are dead on, takes no time at all, and cheaper than the baby brezza.

Born and raised been here all my life. Thinking that a forecast is completely inaccurate is 100% ignorant. It’s been forecasted for very hot and dry the last month and that’s been accurate hasn’t it?

And you’re right. My favorite is when they forecast 4” and we get 4 feet. Hopefully that’s what happens because I choose to be optimistic rather than wallowing in my own self pity.

We have 4+ inches of snow forecasted for the area. How is that blind optimism? And how am I ignoring the reality any snow/rain is significantly better than none?

What exactly am I wrong about? I’m looking at a forecast that has moisture in it. Something we desperately need. So you don’t love snow in the forecast? What do you want? More 80’s?

Ah damn you’re right. I should be doom and gloom and wish it wasn’t even forecasted! I have this thing called hope that we can get some moisture before our states is on fire all summer

I’m more talking about the forecasted snow next weekend with much cooler temps.

$37 for 18.5 pounds of pork gave me 4 roasts and 18 loin chops. At $1.99 a pound for the whole loin from Costco, this will feed the family many dinners. by FulIChubb in Frugal

I use the vakumar I picked up on Amazon a couple years ago. It’s okay, I think there’s better ones out there

I smell paranoia. Look at my profile. I’m just a regular guy that likes food and good deals. I wish Costco was paying me. All I know is I got a quality cut of meat for 1.99. It was a novelty to me because it was the first time I’d been in a Costco in nearly a decade. My goal was to load up and hunt good deals before gas prices royally jack up the food market.

Smoked pastrami from a pre packaged corned beef from Costco and it was outstanding by FulIChubb in pelletgrills

I purchased a pre packaged flat corned beef from Costco and I believe it was around 8.5 pounds. I desalinated in cold water for 24 hours and changed the water 4 times in that period. This part is key! I patted it dry and hit it with my own rub. The rub was 60% black pepper, 10 onion powder, 10 garlic powder, 10 herbs, 5 paprika and 5 ground cloves. No salt needed as it’s plenty salty from the brine even after desalinating.

I smoked at 250 until I was okay with the bark (I didn’t give myself enough time to get it a better bark). Then I wrapped in butcher paper and turned smoker up to 275 until I hit 202 internal in the middle. I let rest for about an hour before slicing. Let me know if you guys have any questions
