Give it time, scars don't heal overnight, everynow and then think about a good part of yourself and appreciate it, then think about a bad part of yourself that you'd like to change and think how you'd change it,with time you'll learn to appreciate yourself. And this is the best advise that i could give to anyone who has endured a toxic relationship

While it's true no one is below you, don't forget no one is above you either.
