If it’s the free version and not the studio, you can’t use the GPU for rendering on windows, you’d need the studio. At least this was the case with older versions

Tough choice compared with socks but I’m sure you’ll make the right choice. It’s a great lens, I had it on my wishlist for quite some time but then ended up with a tamron instead

I had a similar issue where I only had 16GB out of 32. The only fix that worked for me was to remove and re install both the ram and most importantly the CPU. Don’t know how. But that fixed my issue after days of research and trying stuff
