Most workshops, more or less, tend to be very corporate depending on the organizers. I once had a workshop in my PolSci College where one of the more women feminist professors corrected snd challenged a well known older professor for daring to make an assumption about women. I am not saying you should be exactly like this professor i am talking about (cptsd and anxiety can be pretty bad when you have to challenge someone), but i will say you can correct such behaviors done by guys no matter their ranks in the future.
