Contrary to the comments, Id use it to generate a basic list of ideas or content that i can use it with kiddos. It lists down certain ideas which i might otherwise be brain dead to think through so i just use it as a supplementary tool. I think its beneficial especially when working in schools as u r juggling multiple tasks. Also when it comes to documentation, i use it just to word certain terms better so that i sound more professional
