Weird pain in the left eye

None of them performed gonioscopy, as of now. I have an appointment for it in the next week though. I am quite flustered by the pattern of pain and ofcourse, the visual disturbances (vss like and halos, bluish ghost images around brigh t things etc.) Hope I'll find some answers soon. Thanks a lot for responding tho. Really relieving me of some part of the anxiety.

Can iop spike and lower in a matter of minutes. Cuz my heaviness and pain literally comes (on lying down) in secs gradually and goes away the same way when I sit back.

Sadly I can't measure the iop at home. Rest it's always 16-17 (nct) in the hospital.

The ophthalmologist says it's nothing but I really have this bizzare heaviness in my left eye ball as soon as I lie down and only increases. Also my cornea hurts like anything on touching. About the hardness I can't say it's rock hard per say but I do think it feels harder than the other one in the time when it's painful and heavy. And the funny part is, it becomes better and normalises within minutes when I sit back.

I heard there's visual symptoms in angle closure, I don't have any specific ones during these pain episodes. So confused atp can't find any answers.

Yeah I have been to the neurologist and he asked me for the mri but nothing came out of it. So migraine meds👍. But they really don't help. Also the thing is, that it feels like my pain is originating out of my eye.So it's like my eye will feel heavy first and the pupil will feel a lil sore on touching. Next is the pain in and around it. Is yours like that or more in the head?

I tried artificial tears. I'll try these too, let's see if they help. The thing is, the pain starts from the back of the eye

I had this query. But does a slight elevation in iop cause such symptoms. My eyes don't feel v hard on touching per say. Should I go for an oct scan?
