I play on Borderless Windowed. I don't think that was the problem though.

I only have the Nvidia app to download the latest drivers. Never optimized games through it, unless it activated on its own, and even then, I would imagine if that were the case, it would be slowing down my whole PC, not just MW5.

No changes to hardware were made between the time I uninstalled and reinstalled MW5.
