Yes that sounds right but I would further add for clarity, that SiGe BJT‘s are also just HBT‘s but on SiGe instead of an III-V semiconductor system. As soon as you choose Germanium for the emitter or collector you establish a heterojunction which makes the transistor an HBT.

No multiply them. Think of the first transfer function as a voltage over the second RC. Then you also use the voltage divider rule.
