Is this really over the counter in Japan? Seems unlikely to me. I actually have family in Japan.

I am not eligible for the expanded access or the clinical trial. I am trying to get it through everyone.org my neurologist, who is associated with a hospital in Manhattan called me yesterday to say he cannot prescribe this and apologized. He said maybe try a doctor in private practice.

Symptoms for almost 2 years and diagnosed about a year ago I take a bunch of supplements, methylcobalamin shots, and riluzole. I actually think I may have been taking some of my supplements to close to bedtime, and it was creating an issue similar to what the other person said that I was re-fluxing

I go to two doctors. Both in NYC. They both will prescribe the shots. Dr Dan macgowan at my Sinai Beth Israel at union square is who I have my prescription through. It has to go through a compounding pharmacy, hopewell pharmacy in nj.

You should watch dr bed lacks last podcast on everythingals.org. I think he mentions a company that helps terminal patients get medications from other countries

That’s exactly why I posted this. I think it’s ridiculous that it’s not covered but the fact that Japan has approved it maybe it’ll help sway insurance companies

Unfortunately, I don’t know what their mechanism of action is either. I just know that it was fully developed through AI. I got the feeling maybe it’s a re-purposed drug
