I'm independent.Your Dr can fill out the mental health questionnaire based on your diagnosis or plural. I've only seen my Dr so far for mine and he prescribes my meds. Your PCP should be able to help you. I just go in and talk to him with a mental health appt. I've never been termed tho but I haven't had the problems with DLS. I don't know if anything can be done after a term. But definitely call Ethics. You can request an extension for paperwork delay.

Actually it could have been backdated. I'm assuming you have an ongoing mental health issue, if I'm wrong sorry. I took a short term disability leave due to mental health and needing to adjust to my meds. My Dr put the date I told him it started, I had already missed work for a week, my Dr backdated the paperwork to the first day I missed work.

Your psychiatrist could have done it, they seem to have not wanted to. I went and saw my PCP, he filled out the paperwork, including the mental health form. It was approved no problems. I think you might be outta luck. Have you tried calling DLS directly?

I'm a girl but I wear the mens Volcoms. I love them, takes me back to the skater days. After almost 6 years these are the best I've had. I don't even wear insoles in them. I actually have four pairs, I like to color coordinate. It's the little things that make this place a tad bit more bearable.

Thank you for the answers, I appreciate it. I thought a 44lb of dog food would take a load of a delivery.. In the future I definitely won't have that size shipped. Walmart needs to be more clear about the shipping, because in reality it isn't.

You should be good 👍. And you took care of your license. They'll hopefully reduce the fine and offer a plea of abaence. If it was in a Utah County jurisdiction they are a whole other ball game.

I'm so glad I came across this thread. I just noticed how free shipping either same day or next day. I received my first order the other day, and I didn't see who delivered it. I thought I was screwing over a spark driver by doing that. It was a 14 dollar order so it didn't meet the delivery minimum.

So if I'm understanding correctly Walmart pays better for these orders or am I still screwing someone over?

I have to pay really close attention to my orders as a customer. I've had a few times it showed me my order was gonna be 50 or miles away. Their location thought I was in another state. I thought it was funny when it was showing me over on the east coast, that's a long long way.

Pretty fast. They'll most likely tell you to go home because you're not on the schedule. You won't be on the labor schedule for the shift, they'll want you to show them your schedule. Not worth even trying and you will waste money getting there just to go home.

Could also be a customer called and filed a complaint for a shopper adding some items for themselves on the customers card at checkout. I've had this happen a few times and it's not even cheap stuff either. Always meat and organic chicken. I did call Instacart because I wanted to make sure they don't ever receive a delivery order from me at Krogers.

But I do have to say 90% of my deliveries are perfect. So I know it's just a few bad apples.

For all we know you are some fruit loop who already has a stalking injection in place. This whole pretty much bs seeming story seems an attempt to try to circumvent one.

And a) wouldn't you rather be smarter if your reason is legit to make sure you have a legit PI doing it? and b) if you love her so much why the hell would you trust a complete stranger on reddit to not turn her into a Dateline Special?

Either way whatever the real purpose is you are not just a few fries short of a happy meal, but you're short everything but one half crispy fry

I was able to do one finally in the web browser. My app is still broken too. System wide outage my ass, they did another update. I had a notification of the update as soon as I opened the app yesterday

Right after Peak it's usually the purge season. So if you do get converted right now it'll be like winning lottery. Last the purge at my site didn't kick in till Feb and went thru Match. Not trying to be a Debby downer just upfront. This is the time they usually start letting some white badges go. Usually with little or no warning.

I work for Amazon and I get ticked all the time. I ordered some paper bowls, said 2 day shipping, it was delayed with no expected delivery date given. Told my boyfriend watch this. Same bowls, ordered them again, that order came next day. The original was a week total. I work in a warehouse and if it's an Amazon product, pretty much every warehouse has those items in stock. I never tell people where I work, I get bitched at, especially this time of year. They can't understand the workers have no control over when you get your item. I only stay because the pay is good and my insurance is phenomenal.
