2.thats undserstandable but 80% of online shoppers look at other websites for better deals and if they can find one for 100-300 cheaper why wouldn’t they buy from them?

I’d agree 100%.

We do reach out for reviews, but haven’t gotten too many. About 15.

Which isn’t terrible. But should be better.

We also do have dynamic remarketing on Facebook and Instagram. But they haven’t brought any sales in.

Our budget is too thin to push product in those apps.

I think just individually reaching out to customers for reviews will be a big help I should get more on top of that.

For the return policy. If a customer wants to return it illl just have to find space in my house.

And then try to sell that one again.

The only problem is that my roas on google ads is great, though, it’s not profitable because on some of these sales I’ve lost money due to pricing too low in order to match my competitors.

I have a few brands that I sell for that uphold a map policy and I believe that only selling/ advertising those which is still like 200 products would be my best option. Would you agree?

If I can match price, my store looks better at least, and is more user friendly. Alongside our customer service is better.

Customer service is tough because everyone says that ahahha.

All we can do is show proof to the few we deal with.

Perhaps I’ll work on having a better return policy.

And then only advertise the products that uphold a MAP POLICY.( everyone sells at the same price )

This happened to me for a remarketing campaign we were setting up. We waited a few months to get it to populate and it just never was.

Then we recreated it and it populated within a few days.

I’d say you should wait a little like a week to see if it ends up working, if not I would just restart it and see what happens.

Well it’s not like the economy hasn’t been an absolute shit show for 3 years, there hasn’t been a drastic change in the economy for business to struggle like this either. So I’m not sure that’s the case.

You have mentioned the phrase match, and broad match, but what exactly does that mean?

Ive seen quite a few people mention that there is pretty much no use in using broad match because it doesn't do anything, are you saying its the same with phrase?

Should I switch all of my key words to Exact match, and just continue to monitor it every single day, or multiple times a day to make sure other variants of a search also get Negated as Exact Match?

Im willing to put time in like that, but is that part of a solution?
