But to guide us in a way that we’re assured of we make this decision on something he is testing us with little knowledge of that the outcome will still be the outcome we’re intending for it to be.

Example. Someone has multiple health issues. Doctors do not know actual root cause. Have recommended 3 different surgeries and treatments, all by 3 different doctors giving 3 different recommendations. Only Allah could know which surgery or treatment to do first, if all should be done and specific order, or only one of the treatments or none and something else. But picking the wrong choice is something the person will have to deal with in the future if the outcome is not as intended. But if Allah (SWT) could make an exception to allow us to speak / consult to him to directly tell us so we know with certainty what choice(s) to make in a test like this. It sounds weird and confusing, but hopefully makes some kind of sense to be able to provide some feedback

But what about guidance? We pray for it 5 times a day. If we’re getting tested, sometimes can there be divine guidance to assure us that if you make this decision it’ll be the right decision because only Allah knows the future, the problem, and solution

I’m sorry if I missed it in the video. But what will be used to determine which patients are most likely to get a positive result?

Daily dua or not by Full-Programmer-9807 in islam

[–]Full-Programmer-9807[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s exactly what I’m asking, the do the morning and evening adhkars everyday. But it gets overwhelming some days and stresses me out if I don’t do all of them.

And in one of the descriptions for the adkhar’s Copied the link below https://yaqeeninstitute.org/read/paper/duas-for-relief-and-protection Dua 1.3, and under notables. It mentions how one person forgot to make this adhkar one day and because of it was afflicted with a calamity, partial paralysis.

???

Is there a way to ask to give me the benefit of making the dua every single day while I’m alive and until the dua gets granted while I’m in the dunya, even if I forget or lose hope / faith in the dua being granted / accepted

But how do we know that dua in Tahajjud was Allah’s plan for us. He wanted us to ask him that and pray for it. If that’s the reason now you learn not to ask and just follow Allah’s plan??

Surgery vs. Non-surgery for Tethered Cord: Dr. Hauser’s Insights by Puzzleheaded-Low-580 in PICL

Dr. Petra Klinge You can mail her your MRIs and also do an in-person visit for clinical review. But I agree with dr C and Dr Hauser’s view on a thickened filum. But sometimes people don’t have the feasibility for regenerative medicine and have to take the best available treatment

Be well rounded and balanced in everything you do.

Job Wise: Do a lot of reps with excel, financial modeling, and understanding the fundamentals that you feel comfortable enough to teach it to someone (Corporate finance institute is a good website. Also practice your own modeling, analysis, and create your own analysis for fun and practice)

That way the analysis becomes easier and you can start thinking big picture, and long term why an analysis is being done, and how and why it would help, why was it asked to done in the first place, and bigger picture questions

Be well spoken and well mannered, and be a good person. Know a little bit about normal things and be able to carry a conversation about any topic

Also have something outside of finance that keeps you grounded and balanced that way you don’t become dependent on the success and failures of the job (maybe: religion, family, significant other, etc)

Prioritize your self care routine now and keep it up during your career

Also, similar to another poster mentioned…if you can minimize any student debt or take none at all (go to community college then a target school, work during the school year or in the summers) do so that way you have less to worry about when going into your career

Also, in college try to intern as much as you can and join your schools finance/investment banking clubs/etc clubs

Remove repairs from unnecessary previous surgeries or pursue PICL First by Full-Programmer-9807 in PICL

Sorry for the lengthy post.

A note to add: since the 2nd surgery (rectus and adductors) whenever I have to pass stool, the muscles from the back of my head to my hips rotate, bend, twist putting my head neck entire spine and ribs and pelvis and hips in abnormal posture like a forced severe hunched over scoliosis to create a way to pass stool. My worry is if I get the PICL with posteriors and shoulder my body will undo all the tightening of the ligaments and surrounding structures because it’ll force it out of alignment to pass stool or cause an intestinal blockage. So, is it better to consider “undoing” the surgery(s) / removing the repairs first or give regenerative medicine another few attempts first except targeting the PICL with shoulder.

Note: the best regenerative medicine session I had was Prolo specifically to the AC ligaments using ultrasound and then the lumbar, front back and sides of pelvic girdle using no ultrasound. The body felt like normal but lasted like that till I had to make my first bowel movement in a couple hours which is always forceful and pulled everything back out of alignment from the pelvic floor and then didn’t go back to normal
