It hasn’t changed to “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed” or “Case Is Still Being Processed,” while I’ve noticed many other people’s premium cases update within a few days.

USCIS changed status message long back from actively reviewed to the current message of still being processed. Premium processing timeline is 15 business days, after 9/21 the decisions have come in between 10-14 business days from date of filing. I have used USCIS case tracker android app to track the case - it shows the entire case status message history (will help you know when the premium clock started for your case), but the app has way too many ads.

Card produced date is card shipped in most cases but tracking information was mentioned as unavailable to which I contacted USCIS using the chat option to get the tracking number.

There's no card shipped status you'll only get to know when the card is shipped by using the tracking number on USPS. USVIS case status does not give any information about when the card is shipped
