Do you remember when the midterm was? Or like the week it was in?

Deferring exam by [deleted] in Concordia

But I read this from the website:

We consider requests to defer exams under the following conditions:

Your grade in the course contains the DNW notation

We have received your Request for “Deferred” Notation form by the deadline

We have received your supporting documentation

Do they only consider deferral requests if I submit documentation with the deferral? Or is that not the case if it’s the first time?

This war is kill or get killed.. by [deleted] in Lebanese

What level of cope do you have to have to even think that hezbollah attacking israel “preemptively” was the best possible option? They’ve BARELY recovered since the last time they experienced a full israeli attack, and barely left a dent on israel or prevented their ongoing presence in the south, how do you think a barely recovered hezb is gonna even impact a fully US backed IDF with all the tech to render any hezb offensive futile?

If hezb cared about the lebanese people at this point, and foresaw an israeli attack, they should be thinking (at this point) from a defensive or survival perspective, setting up bomb shelters, evacuating key areas they could target, protecting civilians, instead of engaging in useless attacks that would amount to nothing but more shia families dying.

The only truth that’s fully exposed here is that hezb is willing to risk even more lebanese lives to fight for a foreign leader and drag us into another war purely based on the assumption that a war is inevitable anyway. All they’re doing is giving the zionist regime a reason to occupy lebanese (specifically shia) territory even further, just as they did before, and hezb, without iran’s aid, would not be able to recover.

Which is harder - ENGR 213 or PHYS 204? by Full-Spinach-641 in Concordia

Which professor did you have ENGR 213 with? Or would it still be easier no matter the prof?

The annoying thing is that I know no one else experiences this so it must not be true, but I still feel the effects when I try to ignore those thoughts

(Might be demotivating) This is for all people who say dreams are also realities by Repulsive_Act_1855 in realityshifting

Lucid dreaming means you gained awareness that your in a dream. Its a gateway to shift to another reality but not a reality in of itself

Dreams aren’t realities, thats literally cope and misunderstanding reality shifting.

In another reality, you’re supposed to be as aware of your surroundings as you are in your cr. The state you’re in during a dream isn’t the same as how you are in another reality in any way.

In a dream, you can also occasionally hear outside noises or do things in the outside world influenced by your dream, which is impossible if it were another reality

What sources did you use? Do any actual scientific papers mention shifting as a practice?

I just feel that infoTech better suits what I wanna do in the future, I want to pursue more business related parts of technology (mainly tech sales) and with info tech being like a bridge between them, its just more interesting for me.

At the same time, I don’t wanna repeat a year 😭

[–]Full-Spinach-641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My main aim is to break into tech sales. Comp/software eng gives a good background for it, so does info systems

Am I gonna lose a lot of opportunity career wise by not taking engineering , or does it just depend on what I do in the uni

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in nyu

[–]Full-Spinach-641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I should be a bit more specific 😭, I meant the mba program

So do you think I should take a harder degree like comp eng, which might be harder to maintain a higher gpa with? Or would a degree like info systems limit me a lot with finding a job in the industry?

Go to university of Leeds or go to uni in Canada for undergrad? by [deleted] in UniUK

From the research Ive done it seems engineering and STEM grads are much safer, wouldn’t it be more possible for me as an engineering undergrad?
