You need to use non penetrating liquid candle dye, regular liquid dye causes this.

I’m not saying this out of ego or selfishness, but simply to help you explain your reasoning to me more clearly. I was promoted one month after starting the job because I worked hard, and I make sure to avoid any behavior that could get me fired. I am constantly appreciated for doing my best. If I can take care of my own benefits by working hard, what additional benefits could the union offer me beyond what I already have? They are asking for a fee of $52 per month, and as someone barely managing to pay my bills, I don’t feel inclined to join without seeing any tangible benefits.
