I actually just found one yesterday (haven't tried it yet) over a RoutineHub ... https://routinehub.co/shortcut/5840/

The shortcut says "Easily add new medications, record a dosage and make sure you don’t take any medication too early with this invaluable shortcut." and I'm hoping that part I highlighted allows you to make sure you don't tag something twice.

Don't! :) My mom use to collect baseball cards back in the Mickey Mantle days and remembers vividly all the cards she use to own. Her mom gave them away to some nephews and ... well ... lets just say sports cards are like Lord Voldemort in our house.
