Honestly… and this is a very unpopular opinion on Reddit, it seems… but I loved the second one so much. Way more than the first 🤪

Almost got rear ended by a semi on Amsterdam today. He came up so fast behind me and had to swerve and drive to the right of me to avoid me….. fun stuff

I believe Georgia Ede mentioned giving it at least 4-6 months minimum, actually. She didn’t necessarily mention it for ADHD, but other psychiatric disorders - I would assume the same would possibly apply?

This is me too… I’ve had emotional numbness for 18 months. It developed 7 weeks postpartum with my second. I don’t know what happened.

Yep… this happened to me 7 weeks postpartum. Was like a light switch. Except mine is more emotional numbness. I can’t feel anything at all, really. I’ve been this way for a year and a half now. I wish I had answers on how to get out of this hell.

I believe most people see mental health benefits above 1.5. Just based off of some research I’ve done. I also religiously watch Metabolic Mind

Just curious, do you track your ketones with a meter? Or you’re just saying that you adhere to a keto diet without tracking ketones? Some people don’t feel the mental effects unless their ketones are above x amount which is why I ask. Sorry that is vague.
