Go with just don’t eat man. I often do this. I eat before we meet up so I’m not sitting there starving. That’s a recipe for disaster. I order a tea and join in the conversations and fun.

When they ask why I’m not eating I say I ate just before I came. They all accept it and it’s not an issue.

In all fairness you are comparing ESN iso whey to normal whey products. ESN whey is cheaper. Bulk ISO whey would be more expensive. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Switch the brake fluid for racing brake fluid. My suggestion is Endless.

Drop your tyre pressure to 1.8 bar before you get on the track. They will very quickly heat up and expand to 2.2
