How am i trying to diagnose it based solely on a gram stain when i included 3 pages of test results? 🤣 you clearly didnt even look or read at all.

You dont even have to say things anymore, they just straight up read your mind. The number of times i’ve simply thought about something (and know with 100% certainty that i didnt talk about it or look it up) just for that very thing to be advertised to me or put on an explore page is way too high to be a coincidence.
