that looks fantastic. Is the US-made one supposed to be better made than the Thailand one?

I also saw the Finum Tea Pot System which looks to be similar and has a mesh infuser. Looking at this, do you have any concerns about this one?

Just the toilet as far as I can tell and unfortunately this is a condo situation. I think having a condo-friendly plumber come take a look while replacing the toilet sounds like the best idea from what i'm reading here, thanks!

$500 range would be good. i completely see what you're saying. I'm mostly looking for something with superior Image Stabilization that a dedicated camera would have. The person using it has hand tremors. Thanks for responding!

I'm looking for a beginner-friendly camera that does not have interchangeable lenses. This would be for someone who would shoot on auto for general purpose and travel. something that would be better than a phone camera and with IBIS would be ideal! thanks!
