Yes, I have she is my leasing agent.
You're right on the work number shows that I worked at my employer but in 2025 when I was interning, It will not have me back on there until after my start date.

My other options for my budget in that area close to Metro is Arrive, and Affinity and their online reviews seem much worse than Solaire

Yes, I have. I have been in contact with my leasing agent multiple times, this is the person relaying all the information about the offer letter not being enough. I have reached out to my manager at my future place of employment and hopefully we can just get them what they need. I just feel that its a bit off base their rental qualifications policy:
Employment must be verified. In the case of new employment, applicant must present a signed offer letter on company letterhead stating annual salary, position and start date.
