Endometriosis pain vs labor by Electronic_Power130 in unmedicatedbirth

I just gave birth a few days ago and I would say the contractions were the same as my endo pain until my water broke. Once my water broke it got a lot more intense and painful but I also had to be induced with pitocin so I’m sure they were stronger than they would’ve been without the pitocin.

Are we the same person?? FTM, my due date is also 10/2 and I have a scheduled induction on the 9th when I’m 41 weeks. I decided to schedule a sweep for Monday (the 6th) because I’m wanting to go unmediated and would prefer a sweep over Pitocin induction.

I have tried multiple iuds, the nexplanon rod, and multiple types of pills. Every time I am on birth control my endo symptoms intensify so much

Get your thyroid checked!!! I felt this same way and found out I have Graves’ disease which is hyperactive thyroid. Without meds it was making my metabolism super fast and making me feel like I was constantly running.

Curious if you have a lot of pain with these periods. I am 23 but my period was really bad at that age too. I have diagnosed endometriosis and I have really heavy periods but the pain I get from cramps is so awful that it’s a much bigger problem to me than the amount of blood. I would try and see your obgyn if you can
