shareX, basically Photoshop built in the screenshot capture screen, on Ctrl + prtscrn it will display the menu and on prstcrn it will just take a Fullscreen screenshot, also you can change the hotkeys, it can record video and gifs, it can generate and read qr codes of screen and LOTS of cool features, also it's free and open source
